I am a passionate and dedicated planner with a knack for creating uniquely personalized weddings that reflect the individual love stories of each couple I work with. I strive to plan out-of-the-box events + curating a purposeful design and detailed wedding day, filled with intentional moments.
With years of experience in the wedding industry, I have decided that creating Bespoke weddings, is the best way to stand out in a billion dollar industry. Every detail, from the venue to the floral arrangements, is carefully curated to ensure your wedding is as unique as your love story. My approach is all about understanding your vision and weaving together the elements that matter most to you, resulting in a day that is truly yours.

Kick your boots off and stay awhileMy name is Reilly Wilcox, I am 25, married to the love of my life, spent the first part of my 20’s in Australia, originally from Arizona, and now I live in Texas serving couples anywhere and everywhere! I have been in the wedding industry for over 3 years, and the events industry for a bit longer. My journey in the wedding industry started at a wedding venue, coordinating sometimes 2-3 weddings a weekend! I moved onto a wedding planning company where I gained so much experience in all different types of weddings in all different type of venues. I planned my own destination wedding back in 2023 and realized I had the experience and confidence to start my own brand/business! I am extremely passionate in my goals and direction for this company and I am already seeing my dreams come true!
My husband was a catalyst for me starting this company. I never heard the end of him encouraging me and telling people that one day I would create this business and be successful in it!
My husband came up with the branding for our wedding- it is “G.W.R” for our initials, and the fun part is that it creates a cowboy hat upside down! Being that I am very sentimental, I wanted to use this as my company logo, and my husband came up with the name “Hats off Events” and the slogan “Hats off to love and to a memorable event!” to pull it all together!
My goal for Hats off Events co. is to first honor God in everything I do, because everything I have is because of him. Second, I want to love and serve people to the best of my ability and create a memorable and dream come true wedding for each of my couples. No matter the theme, location, or venue I want to be apart of your big day in such a special way!
