Partial Planning

Partial Planning is for those who feel confident managing one side of the planning process—whether that’s securing vendors or crafting the design—and want expert support in the other. It’s a great fit if you have the time and interest to stay involved but still want a professional guiding you through the areas you’re less familiar with. You’ll choose either Design & Styling or Vendor Sourcing & Contracting as your focus, and we’ll handle the rest with timeline support, planning check-ins, and day-of/Month-of coordination included.

Month-of Coordination is ideal for those who have handled the planning themselves but want professional support to bring it all together. If you’ve booked your vendors, organized your details, and now need someone to step in, manage the logistics, and run the day—you’re in the right place. We come alongside you in the final weeks to review everything, create a layout, meet with your venue, finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and ensure your wedding runs smoothly from start to finish.

4-6 weeks out:

Final details meetings + meetings as needed. (Kick off meeting at contracting is included with access to your portal)
Final walkthrough/meeting with venue.
Creation of Layout and detailed timeline.

‘Day of’ Coordination

Day-Of Coordination is for those who’ve done the planning themselves but want a professional to step in and manage the final details. We officially come on board 2–3 weeks before the wedding to review your plans, finalize logistics, confirm vendor details, and create a seamless timeline. On the wedding day, we’re there as your point person—overseeing setup, managing vendors, handling the flow of events, and putting out fires before you even know they exist. You handle the planning—we handle the execution.
