We believe that weddings (and all celebrations) should be more than just a checklist. They should be an honest reflection of who you are, what you value, and the relationships that have shaped you. 

What started as a one-woman venture has grown into a small, dedicated team with a shared heart for serving people well. We bring warmth, clarity, and calm into the planning process—guiding our clients through one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives with intention and genuine care. Whether it’s a wedding, elopement, or a personal milestone, we make sure your event reflects you—not just what’s trendy or expected.

Wedding planning is deeply personal… more than people often realize. Life doesn’t pause just because you’re planning something joyful. I’ve walked alongside couples through unimaginable loss, heartbreak, family tension, and massive life transitions. I’ve also witnessed the sweetest highs- babies on the way, career milestones, fresh starts. It’s never just about the wedding day itself. It’s about navigating life in the midst of planning something sacred. I don’t take it lightly that I get invited into that space. My role isn’t just to organize details—it’s to bring calm, clarity, and joy into a season that can feel overwhelming, emotional, and sometimes downright hard. It’s an honor to help carry the weight with you, so you can actually enjoy the process and soak in the meaning behind it all.

Every event we plan is grounded in care—care for your story, your people, and the season of life you’re walking through. We believe in doing things with purpose, not pressure. With intention, not overwhelm. Hi, I’m Reilly—founder of Hats Off Events Co., wife, adventure-chaser, creative planner, and your biggest cheerleader.

I got my start in events years ago as a venue coordinator, often juggling three to four weddings in a single weekend. Those fast-paced days taught me how to thrive in the chaos, manage the moving parts, and care for clients even in high-stress moments. Over time, I stepped into a Lead full-service planning and design role with a luxury planning company, which prepared me in ways I never imagined. After planning my own wedding, I knew it was time to build something of my own—something rooted in faith, intentionality, and connection. That’s when Hats Off Events Co. was born.

My personal planning style is equal parts thoughtful and thorough—with room for creativity, real emotion, and a deep understanding of how life and love intertwine.

I’ve lived abroad in Australia and traveled to many parts of the world, and I rarely like to stay still. I love learning new things, being in nature, and experiencing different cultures. I’m a deep feeler, a little crunchy, and endlessly curious. I’m also passionate about holistic health and living intentionally—so don’t be surprised if I’m sipping something herbal while building timelines or mood boards.

Most importantly, I’m a woman of faith who loves Jesus, and I know I was created to love and serve others well. Whether we’re planning your wedding, celebrating your milestones, or walking through something tender together—I’ll be right there with you. This work is deeply sacred to me, and I’m honored to be a part of your story.

My passion for wedding design was ignited during my own wedding journey in 2024, where Reilly’s expertise turned my dreams into a seamless and beautiful reality. That experience inspired me to embrace the transformative art of design and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. With years of experience crafting impactful designs through branding, visual merchandising, and storytelling, I bring a refined eye for detail and a deep love for creativity to every project.

I draw inspiration from the timeless elegance of classic architecture, the vibrant beauty of nature, and, most importantly, the individuality of each couple or client I work with. I’ve always been drawn to the excitement of weddings, not just for the beautiful details but for the incredible love stories behind them. Every couple has their own unique vision, and I take the time to understand what’s most important to you so I can bring that vision to life with precision and care. Whether it’s ensuring the reception setup is exactly as you imagined, keeping the schedule on track, or smoothing out any last-minute hiccups, I’m always prepared and ready to handle whatever comes my way.

I pride myself on being organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure—because let’s be honest, weddings can be unpredictable! My goal is to make the process feel easy and enjoyable for you, from our first conversation to the last dance of the night. Lilly is the glue that holds our behind-the-scenes operations together here at Hats Off Events Co. She wears many hats! As our Administrative Assistant, she brings a grounded, thoughtful energy to every task—big or small—and plays a crucial role in making sure both our clients and our team feel supported from day one. From managing inboxes and vendor outreach to organizing timelines, updating documents, and keeping things running smoothly in the background, Lilly helps ensure that no detail slips through the cracks.

Her strengths lie in her organization, quick communication, and natural ability to stay composed under pressure—all of which make her a quiet powerhouse in the fast-paced world of weddings and events. Even in the busiest seasons, Lilly approaches her work with kindness, professionalism, and an eagerness to learn, making her an invaluable part of our team.

When she’s not working behind the screen, Lilly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying creative, and learning more about the event world she’s growing into. She’s a true team player and a steady presence for our clients—offering the kind of quiet reliability that makes everything feel just a little bit easier.
